Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja lingkungan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan kinerja saham. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja lingkungan yang diproksikan dengan ISO 14001. Variabel dependen adalah kinerja keuangan yang diproksikan dengan return on assets, total penjualan, pertumbuhan ekspor dan kinerja saham yang diproksikan dengan return saham. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2015. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 83 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi dummy dengan menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return on assets dan total penjualan, namun berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekspor. Sedangkan kinerja lingkungan memiliki pengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap return saham. The independent variable in this study is environmental performance proxied by ISO 14001. The dependent variable is financial performance proxied by return on assets, total sales, export growth and stock performance proxied by stock return. The sample of this study is all the companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2012 to 2015. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method and obtained the sample of 83 companies. Analysis data was performed with dummy regression analysis using SPSS 21 program. The result of this study shows that the environmental performance has significantly positive effect on return on assets and total sales, but has insignificantly positive effect on export growth. While the environmental performance has insignificantly negative effect on stock return.
