Abstract

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur di Kota Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain kausal, dengan data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini meliputi dua jenis yakni data primer dan data sekunder. Alat analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur di Kota Bandar Lampung, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur di Kota Bandar Lampung dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur di Kota Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Motivasi Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT The goal to be achieved in this paper is to determine the influence of competence, work motivation and leadership style on employee performance at Manufacturing Company in Bandar Lampung City. The type of research used in this study is a causal design, with data collected in this study includes two types namely primary data and secondary data. Data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the competence has a positive effect on employee performance at Manufacturing Company in Bandar Lampung City, work motivation has positive effect on employee performance at Manufacturing Company in Bandar Lampung City and leadership style have positive effect on employee performance at Manufacturing Company in Bandar Lampung City.
