ABSTRAK PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KEBUGARAN JASMANI DENGAN PENDEKATAN BERMAIN SISWA KELAS VII SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA DI PESAWARAN Oleh Reni Marlina Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mendiskripsikan potensi dan kondisi pemanfaatan model pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani sebelum melakukan pengembangan, (2) mengembangkan model pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani yang sudah ada, (3) menganalisis efektifitas pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani, (4) menganalisis efisiensi pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani, dan (5) menganalisis kemenarikan model pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani dalam pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri 4 Gedongtataan, SMPN 3 Negerikaton dan SMPN Satap Satu Way Lima. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan angket. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan nilai gain. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah: (1). model pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani efektif digunakan untuk pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani, karena nilai gain untuk hasil belajar adalah 0,60, (2) menghasilkan model pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani yang terdiri dari (a) langkah – langkah pembelajaran/ sintaks, (b) silabus, (c) rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, (d) bahan ajar, dan (e) permainan – permainan kebugaran jasmani, (3). model pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani efisien digunakan dalam materi kebugaran jasmani dengan rasio efisiensi pembelajaran sebesar 1,4 menunjukkan lebih besar dari 1, dan (4) model pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani menarik untuk digunakan dalam materi kebugaran jasmani dengan rata – rata skor 3,59 (sangat menarik) . Kata kunci: model pembelajaran, kebugaran jasmani, bermain. ABSTRACT DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL HEALTHY TEACHING MODEL THROUGH GAME APPROACH AT STUDENT OF SEVENTH GRADE OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL AT PESAWARAN By Reni Marlina The objectives of research are: (1) to describe potency and condition usage of physical education teaching model before doing development, (2) to develop physical education teaching model which it is, (3) to analyze the effectiveness physical healthy learning after using physical healthy teaching model, (4) to analyze the efficient physical healthy learning after using physical healthy teaching model, and (5) to analyze the interesting of physical healthy teaching model in physical healthy learning. This research used research approach and development. This research was done at Junior High Schools are 4 Gedongtataan, Junior high schools are 3 Negerikaton, and Junior high schools are Satap Satu Waylima. To collecting the data used test and questionnaires. The data of research was analyzed by deskriftive quantitative and N Gain. The conclusion of research are: (1) to produce physical healthy teaching model consists of (a) steps of learning/ syntax, (b) syllabus, (c) lesson plan, (d) materials, and (e) games in physical healthy,(2) physical healthy teaching model was used in physical healthy learning is effective because the N Gain score increased to 0,60, (3) physical healthy teaching model which is used in physical healthy learning is efficient because efficient ratio score was 1,4 is greater than 1, and (4) physical healthy because the average of score was 3,59 (very interisting) .
