Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Pabrik Potassium Nitrate berbahan baku Potassium chloride dan Asam nitrat, direncanakan didirikan di Telukjambe Timur, Karawang. Pendirian pabrik berdasarkan atas pertimbangan ketersediaan bahan baku, sarana transportasi yang memadai, tenaga kerja yang mudah didapatkan dan kondisi lingkungan. Pabrik direncanakan memproduksi Potassium Nitrate sebanyak 100.000 ton/tahun, dengan waktu operasi 24 jam/hari, 330 hari/tahun. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah Potassium Chloride sebanyak 8.593,588 kg/jam dan Asam Nitrat sebanyak 16.612,845 kg/jam. Penyediaan kebutuhan utilitas pabrik terdiri dari unit pengadaan air, pengadaan listrik, udara instrumen, pengadaan steam. Bentuk perusahaan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) menggunakan struktur organisasi line dan staff dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 181 orang. Dari analisis ekonomi diperoleh: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 735.460.579.899 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 129.787.161.159 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 865.247.741.057 Break Even Point (BEP) = 48,47 % Shut Down Point (SDP) = 22,11 % Pay Out Time before taxes (POT)b = 1,92 Tahun Pay Out Time after taxes (POT)a = 2,39 Tahun Return on Investment before taxes (ROI)b = 43,37 % Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 34,70 % Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 35,77 % Mempertimbangkan paparan di atas, sudah selayaknya pendirian pabrik Potassium Nitrate dan dikaji lebih lanjut, karena merupakan pabrik yang menguntungkan dan mempunyai masa depan yang baik abstract Potassium Nitrate plant with raw materials, Potassium Chloride and Nitric Acid.planned to be built in Telukjambe Timur, Karawang. Establishment of this plant is based on some consideration due to the raw material resourcess, the transportation, the labors availability and also the environmental condition. This plant is meant to produce 100,000 tons/year with 330 working days in a year. The raw materials used consist of 8.593,588 kg/hour of Potassium Nitrate and 16.612,845kg/hour of Nitric Acid. The utility units consist of water supply system, power generation system, instrumentation & control system and steam supply system. The bussines entity form is Limited Liability Company (Ltd) using line and staff organizational structure with181 labors. From the economic analysis, it is obtained that: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 735.460.579.899 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 129.787.161.159 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 865.247.741.057 Break Even Point (BEP) = 48,47 % Shut Down Point (SDP) = 22,11 % Pay Out Time before taxes (POT)b = 1,92 Tahun Pay Out Time after taxes (POT)a = 2,39 Tahun Return on Investment before taxes (ROI)b = 43,37 % Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 34,70 % Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 35,77 % Considering the summary above, it is proper to study the establishment of Potassium Nitrate plant further, because the plant is profitable and has good prospects.
