Abstrak

guru sebagai subyek penelitian dengan menggunakan model Integrated pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bengkunat Kabupaten Pesisir Barat Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014.Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang berbentuk Penelitian Tindak Kelas. Penelitian dilakukan dalam tiga siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan persentase perolehan kriteria penilaian keterampilan sosial pada siklus I yaitu sangat kurang dan kurang 32% dan persentase kriteria baik 68%, pada siklus II yaitu kriteria sangat kurang 0%, kriteria kurang 7%, kriteria baik 56% dan kriteria sangat baik 36%. Pada siklus III, peningkatan persentase perolehan kriteria penilaian keterampilan sosial siswa yaitu kriteria kurang 4%, kriteria baik 21% dan 75% siswa memperoleh kriteria penilaian sangat baik. ModelIntegrated melalui aktivitas pembelajaran kelompok dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa pada aspek komunikasi dan membangun tim/kelompok. Kata kunci : Keterampilan Sosial,Model Integrated ABSTRACT The objective of this research was to improve students’ social skills and teachers’ performances as research subjects by using integrated model in grade VII students of Public Junior High School 1 in Bengkunat of Pesisir Barat district in academic year 2013/2014. This was a descriptive qualitative research in the form of action class research. This research was conducted in three cycles. The research results showed the improvements of percentages of social skill assessment criteria outcomes to be 32% of very poor and poor with 68% good criteria percentage in cycle I; 0% very poor criteria, 7% poor criteria, 56% good criteria and 36% very good criteria in cycle II; and improvement of students’ social skills assessment criteria in cycle III to be 4% poor criteria, 21% good criteria and 75% very good criteria. The integrated model through group activity learning was able to improve students’ social skills especially in the aspects of communication and building team/group social skills.
