Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh langsung spiritual leadership terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh langsung spiritual leadership terhadap iklim organisasi, pengaruh langsung iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan menguji pengaruh tidak langsung spiritual leadership terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui iklim orgaisasi. Masih adanya ketidak konsistenan diantara hasil peneliatian sebelumnya tentang spiritual leadership terhadap kepuasan kerja, mendorong penulis untuk mengkaji kembali penelitian ini. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 250 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu pemilihan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode survei kuesioner yang dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner langsung kepada responden. Setelah data terkumpul maka dilakukan analisis data menggunakan SEM (structural Ecuation Modeling) dengan alat statistik PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan bantuan software. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa spiritual leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, spiritual leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap iklim organisasi, iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan spiritual leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui iklim organisasi. Kata kunci: spiritual leadership, iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja. abstract This study aims to test empirically the direct influence of spiritual leadership on job satisfaction, the direct influence of spiritual leadership on organizational climate, the direct influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction and test the indirect effect of spiritual leadership on job satisfaction through organizational climate. There is still a lack of consistency among the results of previous studies on spiritual leadership on job satisfaction. Prompting the authors to review this study. The sample in this study amounts to 250 respondent using purposive sampling method, the sample is selected by certain criteria. The data are collected using a questionnaire conducted by distributing qustionnaires directly to the respondents. After data are collected, then they data are analized by SEM (structural equation modeling) with statistical tools PLS (Partial Least Square) with the help of sofware smart PLS. The result of hypotesis testing shows that spiritual leadership has positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, spiritual leadership has positive and significant effect organizational climate, organizational climate has positive and significant effect to job satistaction and spiritual leadership has positive and significant influence to jobsatisfaction through organizational climate.
