Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh earning per share (EPS), return on equity (ROE), debt equity ratio (DER) dan return on investment (ROI) terhadap harga saham perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah EPS, ROE, DER dan ROI. Sedangkan variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah harga saham. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Metode penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut maka sebanyak 31 perusahaan terpilih sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen Earning Per Share (EPS) perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2016 pada alfa 5% dengan tingkat kepercayaan kurang dari 95%. Variabel independen yaitu Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2016. pada alfa 5% dengan tingkat kepercayaan lebih dari 95%. Variabel independen yaitu Debt Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2016. pada alfa 5% dengan tingkat kepercayaan lebih dari 95%. Variabel independen yaitu Return On Investmen (ROI) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014- 2016. pada alfa 5% dengan tingkat kepercayaan lebih dari 95%. Kata Kunci: Earning Per Share, Return On Equity, Debt Equity Ratio, dan Return On Investment, Harga Saham abstract This study aims to examine the effect of earnings per share (EPS), return on equity (ROE), debt equity ratio (DER) and return on investment (ROI) to LQ45 stock price listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The independent variables used in this research are EPS, ROE, DER and ROI. While the dependent variable used in this study is the stock price. Population in this research is LQ45 company which listed in Indonesia stock exchange. The method of determining the sample is done by using purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable Earning Per Share (EPS) companies affect the stock price of LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016 on alpha 5% with a confidence level of less than 95%. Independent variable that is Return On Equity (ROE) have an effect on to share price at LQ45 company which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2014-2016 at 5% alpha with a trust rate of over 95%. The independent variable Debt Equity Ratio (DER) does not affect the stock price of LQ45 company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016 at 5% alpha with a trust rate of over 95%. The independent variable that is Return On Investmen (ROI) does not have an effect on stock price at LQ45 company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2014-2016. at 5% alpha with a trust rate of over 95%.
