Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKPD berbasis inkuiri yang memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang diadaptasi dari model Borg and Gall yang dimulai dari pengumpulan informasi, perencanaan, pengembangan bentuk awal produk, uji coba lapangan awal, revisi produk utama, uji coba lapangan utama dan revisi produk. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest-posttest design. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Berdasarkan uji kevalidan oleh ahli media dan materi serta uji kepraktisan menurut guru dan peserta didik, LKPD berbasis inkuiri tergolong sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis diperoleh hasil belajar peserta didik sudah 75% peserta didik memperoleh nilai tes mencapai KKM. Peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis yang diukur dengan perhitungan gain ternormalisasi diperoleh skor rata-rata 0,72 dengan kategori tinggi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah LKPD berbasis inkuiri valid, praktis dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik. Kata Kunci: inkuiri, komunikasi matematis, lembar kerja peserta didik. abstract The research was aismed to produce result of the student’s worksheet based on inquiry that were meet the criteria of valid, practical, and effective towards mathematics communicatoin ability of student. This study was the development research adapted from Borg and Gall the stages of development werw research and information collecting, planning, develop preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, main field testing and operasional product revision. The research design used was one group pretest-posttest design. The data of this research were obtained by observation, interview, questionnaire and mathematics communication ability test. Based on the results of the validity by media and material expert and practical test by teacher and students, the student’s worksheet based on inquiry was classified as excellent. Based on the results of data analysis of mathematical comunication ability test result obtained student have 75% of student get the test scores reach KKM. The improvement of mathematical comunication ability by the calculation of unrealized gain obtained the average score 0f 0,72 was classified as high. The conclusion of this research and development was student’s worksheet based on inquiry of valid, practical, and effective towards mathematics communicatoin ability of student.
