Abstrak

Pabrik Metil Laktat berbahan baku Asam Laktat dan Metanol ini akan didirikan di jalan James Simanjuntak, Guntung, Bontang Utara, Kalimantan Timur 75321. Pendiriaan pabrik di lokasi tersebut berdasarkan pada pertimbangan aitu ketersediaan bahan baku, sarana transportasi yang memadai, tenaga kerja ang mudah didapatkan dan kondisi lingkungan. Pabrik direncanakan memproduksi Metil Laktat sebanyak 50.000 ton/tahun, dengan waktu operasi 24 jam/hari dan 330 hari/tahun. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah Asam Laktat sebanyak 4.841,6449 kg/jam dan Metanol sebanyak 8.905,6904 kg/jam. Penyediaan kebutuhan utilitas pabrik terdiri dari unit pengadaan air, pengadaan listrik, udara instrument, dan pengadaan steam. Bentuk perusahaan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) menggunakan struktur organisasi line dan staff dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 178 orang. Dari analisis ekonomi diperoleh: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 644.542.102,279 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 110.429.829,060 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 754.971.932.339 Break Even Point (BEP) = 33,56 % Shut Down Point (SDP) = 21,09 % Pay Out Time after taxes (POT) = 4,3 tahun Return on Investment before taxes (ROI) a = 771.192.065.218 Return on Investment after taxes (ROI) b = 616.953.652.175 Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 20,94% Mempertimbangkan paparan di atas, sudah selayaknya pendirian pabrik Metil Laktat ini dikaji lebih lanjut, karena merupakan pabrik yang menguntungkan dan mempunyai masa depan yang baik. a abstract Methyl Lactate plant with raw materials lactic acid and methanol is planned to be built in James Simanjuntak street, Guntung, North Bontang, East Borneo 75321. Establishment of this plant is based on some consideration due to the raw material resourcess, the transportation, the labors availability and also the environmental condition. This plant is meant to produce 50,000 tons/year with 330 working days in a year. The raw materials used consist of 4.841,6449 kg/hour of lactic acid and 8.905,6904 kg/hour of Methanol. The utility units consist of water supply system, power generation system, air supply system, and steam supply system. The bussines entity form is Limited Liability Company (Ltd) using line and staff organizational structure with 178 labors. From the economic analysis, it is obtained that: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 644.542.102,279 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 110.429.829,060 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 754.971.932.339 Break Even Point (BEP) = 33,56 % Shut Down Point (SDP) = 21,09 % Pay Out Time after taxes (POT) = 4,3 tahun Return on Investment before taxes (ROI) a = 771.192.065.218 Return on Investment after taxes (ROI) b = 616.953.652.175 Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 20,94% a Considering the summary above, it is proper to study the establishment of Methyl Lactate plant further, because the plant is profitable and has good prospects.
