Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pengisian jabatan PNS oleh anggota Polri banyak dilakukan, baik seleksi atau permintaan pimpinan instansi yang membutuhkan, sebelum terbitnya UU Polri atau UU ASN. Pelaksanaan kedua undang-undang tersebut, pengisian jabatan Instansi Pusat dengan alih status atau tidak alih status kepegawaian, khusus untuk sepuluh instansi pusat, tetapi ada instansi daerah yang memberlakukan ketentuan tersebut. Permasalahan: Bagaimanakah pengaturan peralihan status kepegawaian anggota Polri menjadi Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan Bagaimanakah pelaksanaan peralihan status kepegawaian anggota Polri menjadi Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Sumber data menggunakan prosedur studi kepustakaan, dokumen dan wawancara. Narasumber penelitian adalah Kepala BKD Provinsi Lampung dan Karo SDM Polda Lampung. Data secara deskriktif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan: Pengaturan Peralihan status kepegawaian anggota Polri menjadi PNS; UU No. 5 Tahun 2014 tentang ASN jo PP No. 11 Tahun 2017 menjelaskan bahwa anggota Polri yang akan alih status harus mengundurkan diri dari Polri dan mengikuti pendaftaran untuk Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Kata Kunci: Peralihan, Status, Kepegawaian. ABSTRACT Filling the position of civil servants by members of the Police mostly done, either the selection or request of the leaders of agencies in need, before the publication of the Police Act or UU ASN. Implementation of the two laws, the filling of the office of the Central Agency with the transfer of status or not to change the status of personnel, especially for the ten central agencies, but there are regional agencies that enforce the provisions. Problems: How is the arrangement of the transfer of employment status of Polri members to Civil Servants and how the implementation of the transfer of employment status of members of Polri into Civil Servants. The study used a normative juridical approach. Data sources use literature study procedures, documents and interviews. The research sources are Head of Lampung Province BKD and Karo SDM Polda Lampung. Data are descriptively qualitative. Results of research and discussion: Transitional arrangement of employment status of Polri members to civil servants; UU no. 5 Year 2014 on ASN jo PP No. 11 Year 2017 explains that members of the Police who will transfer status must resign from the Police and follow the registration for the Position of Leadership Keywords: Transition, Status, Staffing.
