Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: kelayakan finansial dari unit usaha mesin tanam padi rice transplanter, sensitivitas kelayakan finansial dari unit usaha mesin tanam rice transplanter. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja (purposive) di Kecamatan Seputih Raman, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus dengan jumlah responden 3 orang yang merupakan pemilik dari mesin tanam rice transplanter dengan dua perbedaan tahun investasi mesin, yaitu pada 2014 dan 2015. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan kriteria pengukuran kelayakan finansial dan analisis sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: unit usaha mesin tanam rice transplanter layak secara finansial yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai NPV(Net Present Value) sebesar Rp 51.101.872,24 untuk 2014 ,Rp 92.686.225,33 untuk tahun 2015 pribadi dan Rp132.316.160,49 untuk tahun 2015 kelompok; IRR (Internal Rate of Return) 35,76% untuk tahun 2014 , 56% untuk tahun 2015 pribadi dan 77% untuk tahun 2015 kelompok lebih besar dari tingkat suku bunga yang digunakan adalah 9,75%; Gross B/C (Gross Benefit Cost Ratio) 1,37 untuk tahun 2014; 1,79 untuk tahun 2015 pribadi dan 1,93 untuk tahun 2015 kelompok; Net B/C (Net Benefit Cost Ratio) 1,79 untuk tahun 2014; 2,53 untuk tahun 2015 pribadi dan 3,37 untuk tahun 2015 kelompok; PP (Payback Period) 3,57 untuk tahun 2014 1,25 untuk tahun 2015 pribadi dan 1,01 untuk tahun 2015 kelompok dari umur ekonomis mesin selama lima tahun, dan unit usaha mesin tanam padi rice transplanter masih layak meskipun terjadi penurunan luas lahan tanam 6,83%, asumsi penurunan tarif sewa mesin dari 5% dan kenaikan biaya operasional 3,85%. Kata kunci: finansial , rice transplanter, sensitivitas abstract This study aims to analyze: the financial feasibility and its sensitivity of the rice transplanter business unit. The location is purposively selected in Seputih Raman Subdistrict, Central Lampung Regency. This research uses cencus method with 3 respondents who are the owners of rice transplanter of two differences in machinery investment, i.e, the year of 2014 and 2015.. This study is analyzed by descriptive quantitative analysis that uses measuring criteria for financial and sensitivity analysis. The results show that the rice transplanter business unit is financially viable as indicated by the value of NPV(Net Present Value) of Rp51,101,872.24 in 2014; Rp92,686,225.33 in 2015 for the privat and Rp132,316,160.49 in 2015 for the group; IRR (Internal Rate of Return) 35.76% in 2014; 56% in 2015 for the privat and 77% in 2015 for the group are greater than the used interest rate of 9.75%; Gross B/C (Gross Benefit Cost Ratio) of 1.37 in 2014; 1.79 in 2015 for the privat and 1.93 in 2015 for the group; Net B/C (Net Benefit Cost Ratio)of 1.79 in 2014; 2.53 in 2015 for the privat and 3.37 in 2015 for the group; PP(Payback Period) 3.57 in 2014; 1.25 in 2015 for the privat and 1.01 in 2015 for the group of the economic life of the machine for five years, and the machine of rice planting business unit (rice transplanter) is still feasible despite the drop harvest area of 6.83%, the assumption of a decrease in rental rates machine of 5%, and the increase in operating costs of 3.85%.
