Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan berfikir ilmiah anak di TK bangsa Ratu Sukabumi Bandar Lampung, yang ditandai anak belum mampu berfikir secara ilmiah seperti membuat stempel geometri, bereksperimen tentang massa benda, pencampuran warna, dan mengamati sifat air. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media realia alam sekitar terhadap kemampuan berfikir ilmiah anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif kausal. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 32 anak. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian dan analisis data yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara media realia alam sekitar dengan kemampuan berfikir ilmiah anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Bangsa Ratu Sukabumi Bandar Lampung. Kata kunci: anak usia dini, berfikir ilmiah, media realia alam sekitar abstract The problem in this study was children low scientific thinking ability in kinder garten Sukabumi Bandar Lampung, which marked the child has not been able to think scientifically like making geometry stamp, experimenting about the mass of objects, mixing colours, and observing the nature of water. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of media use of natural realia around the ability to think scientific children. This research uses quantitative method with causal associative type. The samples were 32 children. Technique of taking data using observation and dokumentation. Data analysis techniques use simple linear regression formula. The results of research and data analysis indicate that there is a significant influence between natural media realia around with scientific thinking ability of children aged 5-6 years in TK Bangsa Ratu Sukabumi Bandar Lampung.
