Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Kekalahan Partai NasDem pada pilkada Pringsewu tahun 2017 mengakibatkan pihak DPW Partai NasDem memberhentikan ketua DPD Partai NasDem di Kabupaten Pringsewu. Keputusan pihak DPW menimbulkan konflik internal DPD Partai NasDem di Kabupaten Pringsewu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab dan dampak konflik internal DPD Partai NasDem di Kabupaten Pringsewu tahun 2017. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teori Ramlan Surbakti dan Wirawan mengenai penyebab konflik dan teori Fisher mengenai dampak konflik. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penyebab konflik internal DPD Partai NasDem di Kabupaten Pringsewu tahun 2017 antara lain : pertama, komunikasi yang tidak baik antara Ketua DPD dengan pihak DPW; kedua, benturan kepentingan antara pihak DPW yang menginginkan restrukturisasi dengan pihak DPD, DPC dan DPRt (Ranting) yang menginginkan Ketua DPD tidak diganti; ketiga, tujuan yang berbeda antara Ketua DPD yang ingin membesarkan partai dengan pihak DPW yang ingin memaksimalkan pemenangan pilkada dan pemilu mendatang; keempat, perebutan jabatan Ketua DPD antara Samsu dengan Siti Rahma. Konflik internal DPD Partai NasDem di Kabupaten Pringsewu menimbulkan beberapa dampak diantaranya terpecahnya kepengurusan Partai NasDem di Kabupaten Pringsewu serta terjadinya keretakan hubungan antar individu maupun kelompok antara pihak DPW dengan beberapa pengurus Partai NasDem di Kabupaten Pringsewu; kerusakan atribut Partai NasDem di Kabupaten Pringsewu; serta berpotensi menurunkan citra Partai NasDem khususnya di Kabupaten Pringsewu. The results showed that the causes of internal conflict DPD Party in Pringsewu in 2017, among others: first, the communication is not good between the Chairman of the DPD with the DPW; second, the conflict of interest between the DPW party who wants a restructuring with the DPD, DPC and DPRt (Ranting) who want the Chairman of DPD not replaced; third, different objectives between the DPD Chairman who wants to raise the party with the DPW who want to maximize the winning of the upcoming election and election; fourth, seizure of the position of Chairman of the DPD between Samsu with Siti Rahma. The internal conflicts of the DPD of the NasDem Party in Pringsewu Regency caused some impacts such as the breakdown of the management of the NasDem Party in Pringsewu Regency and the breaking of relations between individuals and groups between the DPW and some of the NasDem Party officials in Pringsewu Regency; damage to attributes of the NasDem Party in Pringsewu Regency; as well as the potential to reduce the image of the NasDem Party especially in Pringsewu Regency.
