Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah dan iklim sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kompetensi kepribadian guru SMP Negeri se Kecamatan Baradatu Way Kanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi sebagai sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri yang berada di kabupaten Way Kanan yang berjumlah 54 guru. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial dengan mengunakan model regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh dalam peningkatan kompetensi kepribadian guru sebesar 15,3 %. Budaya sekolah berpengaruh dalam peningkatan kompetensi kepribadian guru, budaya sekolah berpengaruh dalam kompetesi kepribadian sebesar 26%. Kemudian pengaruh iklim Sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi kepribadian guru sebesar 26,2 % dan pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah dan iklim sekolah berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kompetensi kepribadian sebesar 36,8%. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah, iklim sekolah, kompetensi kepribadian abstract This study aims to know and analyze the influence of leadership of school principals, school culture and school climate towards the competence of teachers personality of SMPN Baradatu District Way Kanan. This research uses quantitative descriptive approach. The population as the sample used is all teachers of SMPN which amounted to 54 teachers. The analysis used is descriptive and inferential statistic analysis by using multiple linear regression model. The result of this research can be concluded that leadership of Principal have an effect on Increasing Personality Competence by 15,3%. School culture is influential in the improvement of personality competence. School culture influence in personality competence equal to 26%. Influence of school climate affect the competence kperibadian amounted to 26.2% and the influence of leadership principals, school culture and school currents simultaneously affect the competence of the personality of 36,8%.
