Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan model pembentukan sikap disiplin murid. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan model Miles dan Huberman. Sumber data: kepala sekolah, guru dan murid. Fokus dalam penelitian ini ialah studi deskriptif model pembentukan sikap disiplin murid di SD Negeri 2 Harapan Jaya, dengan sub fokus penelitian: (1) upaya pembentukan sikap disiplin murid, (2) komitmen pihak sekolah membentuk sikap disiplin murid, (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembentukan sikap disiplin murid, (4) penilaian pihak sekolah terhadap sikap disiplin murid. Hasil dari sub fokus 1 ialah perencanaan, program sekolah, kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan; hasil dari sub fokus 2 komitmen afektif, komitmen berkesinambungan, komitmen normatif; hasil dari sub fokus 3 dukungan orang tua, kepala sekolah, guru, dan kemauan murid; Hasil dari sub fokus 4 penilaian menggunakan jurnal sikap sosial. Kata kunci: disiplin, komitmen, pembentukan sikap, penilaian sikap abstract This research aims to describe and explain the model of students’ discipline attitude formation. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection through observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis is using Miles and Huberman’s model. The data source consists of principal, teachers and students. The focus in this study is descriptive study model of discipline attitude formation, with sub focus (1) effort to form students’ discipline attitude, (2) school citizen commitment in forming students’ discipline attitude, (3) supporting and inhibiting factors in forming students’ discipline attitude, (4) school's assessment in forming students’ discipline attitude. The result of sub-focus 1 are planning, school program, activity, implementation of activity; the result of subfocus 2 are affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment; the result of sub-focus 3 are support from parents, principals, teachers, and the willingness of the students; the result of sub-focus 4 is using social attitude journal for assessment.
