Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Provinsi Lampung menempati urutan ke sepuluh provinsi termiskin di Indonesia dan peringkat ke tiga provinsi termiskin di Sumatera. Di samping itu, Provinsi Lampung masih memiliki 380 desa yang berstatus desa tertinggal. Sehingga dalam upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan dan pengentasan desa tertinggal, Pemerintah Provinsi Lampung meluncurkan sebuah program yang disebut dengan Program Gerbang Desa Saburai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Program Gerbang Desa Saburai di Desa Pakuan Aji Kecamatan Sukadana Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Program Gerbang Desa Saburai di Desa Pakuan Aji Kecamatan Sukadana Kabupaten Lampung timur sudah berjalan cukup baik. Hal tersebut karena para implementer dalam melaksanakan Program Gerbang Desa Saburai di Desa Pakuan Aji telah mengikuti Standart Operating Procedure (SOP) yaitu berupa buku Petunjuk Teknis Operasional (PTO). Selain itu, pelaksanaan Program Gerbang Desa Saburai di Desa Pakuan Aji selama tiga tahun terhitung dari tahun 2015, tahun 2016 dan tahun 2017 telah mampu mencapai tujuan dari Program Gerbang Desa Saburai walaupun belum secara maksimal. Kemudian juga telah mampu meningkatkan infrastruktur di Desa Pakuan Aji berupa jalan onderlagh sepanjang 4050 meter, gorong-gorong 12 buah, dan tanggul penahan tanah sepanjang 300 meter. Kata Kunci: Implementasi Program, Kemiskinan, Program Gerbang Desa Saburai ABSTRACT Lampung Province is on the tenth ranks among the poorest provinces in Indonesia and on the third ranks among the poorest provinces in Sumatra. Moreover, Lampung Province still has 380 villages with an underdeveloped village status. So that in the effort of poverty eradication and alleviation of disadvantaged villages, the Government of Lampung Province launched a program called the Saburai Village Gate Program. This study intend to describe the implementation of Saburai Village Gate Program in Pakuan Aji Village, Sukadana District, East Lampung Regency. The research method used is descriptive research with qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Saburai Village Gate Program in Pakuan Aji Village Sukadana District East Lampung Regency has been running quite well. This is because the implementers in implementing the Saburai Village Gate Program in Pakuan Aji Village have followed the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) which is in the form of Operational Technical Manual (PTO). Furthermore, the implementation of the Saburai Village Gate Program in Pakuan Aji Village for three years from 2015, 2016 and 2017 has been able to achieve the goal of the Saburai Village Gate Program although not yet maximally. Then it has also been able to improve the infrastructure in Pakuan Aji Village in the form of 4050 meters of road substratum, 12 pieces of culvert, and 300 meters of embankment.
