Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Variabel laten merupakan variabel yang tidak dapat diukur secara langsung dan memerlukan beberapa indikator untuk pengukurannya. SEM merupakan metode statistika yang dapat digunakan untuk menghitung variabel laten. CB-SEM merupakan tipe SEM yang mengharuskan konstruk meupun indikatorindikatornya untuk saling berkorelasi satu dengan lainnya dalam suatu model struktural. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh total dengan metode CB-SEM. Dari hasil penelitian didapat dua pengaruh total yaitu pengaruh total kualitas terhadap kepuasan dengan melalui variabel perantara harga sebesar 0,7982 dan kualitas mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan dengan melalui variabel perantara merk sebesar 0,2297. Kata kunci: CB-SEM, Pengaruh Total, SEM abstract Latent variables are variables that can not be measured directly and required multiple indicators for its measurement. SEM is a statistical method that can be used to calculate latent variables. CB-SEM is a type of SEM that requires the construct of meupun indicators to correlate with each other in a structural model. The purpose of this research will be used CB-SEM method to analyzed the total effect. The research obtained two total influence which is influence of total quality to satisfaction with through variable of intermediate price equal to 0,7982 and quality influence significantly to satisfaction with through variable of intermediary of brand equal to 0,2297.
