ABSTRACT PATTERNS OF CANNABIS USER COMMUNITY RELATIONSHIPS IN GETTING MARIJUANA A Case Study In The Bandar Lampung City By BOBBY ADIA D.N. This study aims to determine the pattern of relationship between the user with the cannabis dealer, due to law and rehabilitation process for cannabis users in Bandar Lampung City. This study uses qualitative methods with the number of informants as much as 6 people that includes users and dealers of marijuana. Data collection techniques in this study was conducted by in-depth interviews to research informants. The results showed that the pattern of relationship formed between the user and the cannabis dealer occurs during the transaction process is done through communication tools and Cash On Delivery system. The legal consequences for users and distributors of marijuana based on Law no. 35 of 2009 in the form of a fine of 10 billion and jail for 20 years. While the process of rehabilitation conducted by the government to drug users and dealers includes activities or stages of medical rehabilitation (detoxification), non-medical rehabilitation stages and advanced mentoring (aftercare). Furthermore, based on the sociological study of the rehabilitation process for users and distributors of cannabis done by NA Meeting is one of the forms of social interaction rehabilitation so that cannabis addicts can understand the meaning and symbols shown from the sharing experience. Keywords: pattern, community, marijuana ABSTRAK POLA HUBUNGAN KOMUNITAS PEMAKAI GANJA DALAM MENDAPATKAN GANJA Studi Kasus di Kota Bandar Lampung Oleh BOBBY ADIA D.N. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola hubungan antara pemakai dengan pengedar ganja, akibat hukum dan proses rehabilitasi bagi pemakai ganja di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 6 orang yang meliputi pemakai dan pengedar ganja. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara secara mendalam kepada informan-informan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola hubungan yang terbentuk antara pemakai dan pengedar ganja terjadi pada saat proses transaksi yang dilakukan melalui alat komunikasi dan sistem Cash On Delivery. Adapun akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan bagi pemakai dan pengedar ganja berdasarkan UU No. 35 tahun 2009 yaitu berupa denda sebesar 10 milyar dan penjara paling lama 20 tahun. Sedangkan proses rehabilitasi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah kepada pemakai dan pengedar narkoba meliputi kegiatan atau tahap rehabilitasi medis (detoksifikasi), tahap rehabilitasi non medis dan tahap bina lanjut (aftercare). Lebih lanjut, berdasarkan kajian sosiologis proses rehabilitasi bagi pemakai dan pengedar ganja dilakukan dengan cara NA Meeting yaitu salah satu bentuk rehabilitasi interaksi sosial agar pecandu ganja dapat memahami makna dan simbol yang ditunjukan dari hasil sharing pengalaman.
