Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Timbal (Pb) merupakan logam berat yang secara alami ada dalam kerak bumi dan tersebar ke alam dengan jumlah kecil melalui proses alami dan buatan yang dapat bersatu dengan udara sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah timbal yang terkandung pada buah nangka dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kandungan timbal pada buah nangka yang tumbuh di sepanjang median jalan Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2017 dengan menggunakan metode survei dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandungan timbal pada buah nangka di median jalan Kota Bandar Lampung telah melampaui batasan konsumsi maksimum cemaran logam berat dalam pangan. Variabel yang mempengaruhi tingginya kandungan logam berat pada buah nangka adalah usia pohon, geometri bentuk tikungan jalan, topografi bentuk tanjakan dan turunan jalan. Kata kunci : Artocarpus heterophyllus, nangka, timbal (Pb). abstract Timbal (Pb) is a heavy metal that naturally exists in the earth’s crust and diffuses in small amounts through natural and artificial processes which can gathered with the surrounding air. This research aims to determine the amount of timbal contained on the jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus) and to figure out the factors that affected the timbal’s content of jackfruit that grown on throughout the median road, Bandar Lampung City. This research conducted on July-August 2017 with survey method and regression multiple analysis. The result showed that the timbal’s content on the jackfruit on the median road of Bandar Lampung City had exceeded the maximum consumption limit of heavy metals in food. Variables that affected the hight of timbal’s content were the age of the tree, the geometry of the bend shape, the topography of the incline and the derivation of the road.
