Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pengukuran kinerja yang dipergunakan oleh perusahaan saat ini diarahkan untuk menerjemahkan strategi perusahaan ke dalam tindakan untuk menghasilkan keuntungan sebanyak-banyaknya dan menekan pengeluaran seminimal mungkin. Dengan Balanced Scorecard, diharapkan perusahaaan dapat mengevaluasi kinerjanya guna meningkatkan daya saing di dunia bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem pengukuran kinerja yang telah dicapai PT. Lautan Berlian Cabang Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif evaluatif, analisis rasio dan scoring Balanced Scorecard. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, penilaian perspektif keuangan memperlihatkan kinerja keuangan PT.Lautan Berlian Cabang Bandar Lampung cukup baik. Pada perspektif pelanggan perusahaan telah cukup berhasil meningkatkan penjualan dengan bertambahnya konsumen pada tahun 2016. Penilaian kinerja pada proses bisnis internal cukup baik dengan adanya sistem administrasi berbasis komputerisasi yang berguna untuk mempercepat proses pengurusan administrasi. Sedangkan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan terlihat peningkatan dalam usaha menciptakan Sumber Daya Manusia yang kompeten, namun di sisi lain kepuasan karyawan masih harus lebih diperhatikan. Berdasarkan hasil dari total skor keseluruhan, kinerja PT Lautan Berlian Cabang Bandar Lampung adalah cukup baik. Kata kunci: Balanced Scorecard, pengukuran kinerja ABSTRACT Performance measurement which used by recent company directed to translate company's strategy into realaction to produce maximum profit and pressed expenditure as minimum as possible. By using balanced scorecard methodology , it is expected that company can evaluate its performance in order to increase competitiveness in the world of business. This study attempts to evaluate performance measurement system which has been achieved by PT.Lautan Berlian branch Bandar Lampung. This research use evaluative descriptive analysis. ratio analysis and scoring balanced scorecard. Based on the research, assessment of financial perspective showed that financial performance of PT Lautan Berlian branch Bandar Lampung good enough. In customers perspektif, company had quite successfull in boosting its sales by the increase of consumers number on 2016. Performance assessment on internal business process was good with the computerized administration system which was useful to speed up the administration process. Meanwhile on learning and growth perspective showed an increase in act on the creation of competent human resources but on the other hand worker satisfaction still need to have more attention. Based on the results of overall score, the performance of PT Lautan Berlian branch Bandar Lampung is good enough. Keyword: Balanced Scorecard, Performance measurement
