Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pemerintah memiliki peran untuk melaksanakan fungsi pelayanan. Pelayanan itu sendiri disediakan pada berbagai lembaga atau institusi pemerintah seperti halnya Kantor Urusan Agama yang menyediakan pelayanan dibidang urusan agama islam dalam wilayah Kecamatan. Tetapi dalam hal ini masih ada masalah biaya serta beberapa kendala yang dihadapi di KUA Kecamatan Pringsewu. Dengan diadakannya diadakannya penelitian ini, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis evaluasi kinerja pelayanan pernikahan pada Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Pringsewu, mengetahui penyebab adanya pembengkakakn biaya nikah di KUA Kecamatan Pringsewu, Serta mendeskripsikan kendala yang dialami dalam pelayanan pernikahan pada KUA Kecamatan Pringsewu. Dalam hal ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan analisisi kualitatif dan menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif (gambaran). Penelitian ini juga diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan diperkuat dengan dokumentasi. Serta dengan dilakukannya analisis data secara terstruktur dan sistematis, sesuai dengan fokus permasalahan dengan menggunakan teori pengukuran kinerja. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah: (1)Aparatur KUA Kecamatan Pringsewu telah berusaha semaksimal mungkin agar penyelesaian tugas tidak terbengkalai (2) biaya yang mengalami penambahan merupakan hal yang sudah disepakati yang rinciannya berfungsi untuk tiap-tiap keperluan prosedur saat mengurus administrasi pernikahan (3) kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan sistem administrasi yaitu kurangnya jumlah aparatur yang bertugas, minimnya fasilitas untuk aparatur dan masyarakat serta kurangnya sarana dan prsasarana pendukung pelaksanaan pelayanan sistem tata pemerintahan. Kata kunci : Evaluasi Kinerja, Pelayanan Publik dan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. ABSTRACT The government has a role to perform the service function. the service itself is provided to various government institutions or institutions as well as the religious affairs offices that provide services in the field of Islamic religious affairs within the district. But in this case, there are still cost issues as well as some obstacles faced in KUA pringsewu sub-district. With the holding of this research, the purpose of this study is to analyze the evaluation of the performance of the marriage service at the district religious affairs office pringsewu, knowing the cause of the swelling of the cost of marriage in KUA pringsewu sub-district, as well as to define the obstacles experienced in the service of weddings in KUA pringsewu sub- In this case the author uses a qualitative approach analisisi and use descriptive type (picture). The study also obtained from interviews, observations, and reinforced with documentation. And by doing data analysis in a structured and systematic, according to the focus of the problem by using the theory of performance measurement. The results obtained in this study are: (1) the KUA sub-district apparatus of pringsewu have done their best to ensure the completion of duties is not neglected (2) the incremental cost is agreed upon which details function for each producer's requirement when administering the marriage administration 3) obstacles faced in the administration system service that is the lack of apparatus in duty, lack of facilities for apparatus and society and lack of facilities and infrastructure supporting the implementation of service of governance system.
