Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan BPJS Kesehatan di Kota Bandar Lampung. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah biaya premi, pendapatan, pendidikan, usia, dan jarak. Sumber penelitian yang digunakan adalah data primer. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan metode regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan estimasi Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan variable pendidikan dan usia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan BPJS Kesehatan di Kota Bandar Lampung. Variabel biaya premi dan jarak berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan BPJS Kesehatan di Kota Bandar Lampung. Sedangkan variabel pendapatan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap permintaan BPJS Kesehatan di Kota Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci: Biaya premi, Jarak, Pendapatan, Pendidikan, Permintaan BPJS Kesehatan, Usia ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the factors that affect of the national social insurance administration organization of health in Bandar Lampung City. The independent variables in this research are the cost of premium, income, education, age and distance. The research source used is primary data. The analysis used in this study used qualitative analysis and multiple linear regression method using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) estimation. The result of the analysis shows that education and age variables have positive and significant effect on the demand of national social insurance administration organization of health in Bandar Lampung City. Variable cost of premium and distance have negative and significant effect on the demand of national social insurance administration organization of health in Bandar Lampung City.While the income variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the demand of national social insurance administration organization of health in Bandar Lampung City.
