Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan dampak pembangunan jalan tol Bakauheni-Terbanggi Basar terhadap perubahan sosial ekonomi masyarakat sekitar gerbang tol di Kelurahan Korpri Raya Kota Bandarlampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 kepala keluarga. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan penyajian data dalam bentuk tabel atau distribusi frekuensi dan tabulasi silang, penghitungan ukuran tendensi sentral dan penghitungan ukuran penyebaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dampak sosial pembangunan jalan tol adalah menurunnya pendapatan warga korpri raya dan masyarakat cenderung memilih kendaraan roda dua dibandingkan kendaraan umum peningkatan sebesar 9,67%. Interaksi sosial yang dilihat dari intensitas komunikasi masyarakat mengalami perubahan yang tidak signifikan, kegiatan ronda mengalami peningkatan sebesar 18,27%. Dampak ekonomi pembangunan jalan tol adalah warga yang semula bekerja sebagai petani kehilangan mata pencarian akibat alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi jalan tol menyebabkan mayoritas responden sebagai pekerja kasar, banyak pekerja atau kontraktor membutuhkan bahan bangunan sehingga banyak toko material tumbuh berkembang di Kelurahan Korpri Raya, akses tol sudah sangat baik memberikan potensi keberhasilan semakin tinggi mayoritas responden tetarik membuka usaha sehingga meningkatkan jumlah masyarakat yang berjualan sebesar 38,70%. Proyek pembangunan jalan tol yang membutuhkan banyak pekerja kasar pada proses pengerjaannya menyebabkan petani mengubah profesinya sebagai pekerja kasar, jumlah warga yang beralih profesi tahun ini mengalami peningkatan sebesar 39,78%, karena pembangunan jalan tol memberikan kemudahan akses serta memperlancar distribusi barang dan jasa juga menciptakan peluang usaha maupun kerja, hal ini menjadikan kehidupan ekonomi warga mengalami perubahan yang meningkat pesat. Kata Kunci: Dampak Pembangunan, Sosial Ekonomi, Jalan Tol, Bakauheni, Terbangggi Besar THE IMPACT OF TOLL ROAD DEVELOPMENT BAKAUHENI-TERBANGGI BESAR ON LIFE POPULATION IS ABOUT SOCIO ECONOMIC TOLL GATE IN KELURAHAN KORPRI RAYA THE TOWN OF BANDARLMPUNG This study aims to know and explain about the construction of Bakauheni-Terbanggi Basar toll road Social taxonomy of the community around the toll gate in Korpri Raya Kota Bandarlampung. This research uses quantitative method with total sample of 93 head of family. Data analysis is done through the data presentation stage in the form of table or frequency distribution and cross tabulation, calculation of central tendency measure and calculation of spread size. The result of research shows that the social impact of toll road development is the decreasing of income of the citizens of Korpri Raya and people tend to choose two-wheeled vehicles compared to public transportation increase of 9.67%. Social interaction seen from the intensity of community communication experienced a non-significant change, the activity of patrols increased by 18.27%. Economic impact of toll road development is the people who originally worked as farmers lost their livelihood due to the conversion of agricultural land into toll road caused the majority of respondents as rough workers, many workers or contractors need building materials so that many material shops grow in Korpri Raya, has very good to give the potential success higher the majority of respondents still open business so as to increase the number of people who sell for 38.70%. The toll road construction project which requires a lot of hired workers in the process of making the farmers change the profession as a rough worker, the number of citizens who switched professions this year has increased by 39.78%, because the construction of toll roads provides ease of access and smooth distribution of goods and services also creates business opportunities and work, this makes the economic life of citizens experiencing rapid changes.
