Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan dan pengaruh perilaku perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada industri jasa bimbingan belajar di Kota Bandar Lampung. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kinerja usaha dan variable bebas dalam penelitian ini yaitu strategi produk, strategi harga, strategi promosi dan strategi kerjasama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Liniear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perilaku perusahaan berupa strategi produk, strategi harga, strategi promosi dan strategi kerjasama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha perusahaan pada industri jasa bimbingan belajar di Kota Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci : Industri jasa bimbingan belajar, Perilaku Perusahaan THE BEHAVIOR OF COMPANY AND ITS RELATION WITH COMPANY’S PERFORMANCE ON COURSE INDUSTRY IN BANDAR LAMPUNG CITY The aim this research is to analize the relationship and effect of company behavior to the performance of the company on course industry in Bandar Lampung City. Dependent variable on this research is performance of company , and independent variable on this research is product strategy, price strategy, promotion strategy andcooperative strategy.Analisys method in this research use analysys double regression linier. The result show that company behavior, for instance product strategy, price strategy, promotion strategy and cooperative strategy has positive and significant effect to the company performance of course industry in Bnadar Lampung city.
