Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kesediaan membayar (Willingness To Pay) masyarakat terhadap jasa pengangkutan sampah dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) dengan tehnik bidding game, korelasi dan analisis crosstab untuk mengetahui hubungan nilai kesediaan membayar masyarakat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan acuan dalam menentukan kebijakan tarif jasa pengangkutan sampah sehingga penentuan tarif lebih fair. Hasil penelitian terhadap 100 responden jasa pengangkutan sampah berdasarkan hasil penelitian WTP tertinggi adalah Rp. 555,00 per plastik atau sebesar Rp. 50.000 per bulannya, hal ini berarti kesediaan membayar masyarakat lebih besar dibandingkan tarif jasa pengangkutan sampah yang berlaku, diduga nilai tersebut tergolong rendah dan dapat dimaksimalkan lagi. Kenaikan tarif dilakukan untuk menekan upaya masyarakat dalam mengurangi sampah rumah tangga mereka dan mampu mengendalikan pencemaran lingkungan, maka sebaiknya pemerintah meninjau ulang peraturan walikota Bandar Lampung tentang tata cara pemungutan retribusi pelayanan persampahan untuk melestarikan lingkungan yang lebih asri dan masyarakat yang lebih sejahtera. WILLINGNESS TO PAY SOCIETY CARRY OUT WASTE SERVICE (Case Study In The Sukabumi) The purpose of this research to see willingnes to pay society carry out waste service in this research using contingent valuation method (CVM) with bidding game technic, the correlation and crosstab analysis to know the correlation willingnes people to pay. Hopely this research can be direction in definite wisdom rate carry out waste service so definite rate more fair. The result of research to 100 (one hundred) respondens carry out waste service. Based on the result of research WTP the higher is Rp 555,00/plastic or Rp 50.000 each month, this case mean willingnes to pay society more big to carry out waste service demand, the production that value low include and can be to more maximalis. The rate increase do to stress society effort in less waste volume their house and able to hold the reins environment pollutions, so the government to abserve regulation mayor of Bandar Lampung about collection system restribution waste service to perpetuate environment that more harmonio ‘sly and society that more be happily.
