RSUDAM Provinsi Lampung adalah rumah sakit publik milik Pemerintah Provinsi Lampung yang berdiri sejak tahun 1914 dan pada tahun 2008 ditetapkan sebagai rumah sakit tipe B oleh Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia, serta menjadi rumah sakit rujukan tertinggi di Provinsi Lampung dan akan menjadi rumah sakit tipe A pada tahun 2019 mendatang, sehingga RSUDAM Provinsi Lampung dituntut untuk terus meningkatkan kapasitas pelayanan dan infrastruktur agar dapat memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat secara optimal dengan meningkatkan kinerja perawatnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh adversity quotient (AQ) dan self-efficacy terhadap kinerja perawat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat PNS RSUDAM Provinsi Lampung dengan metode penyebaran menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara acak sebanyak 189 dari 360 populasi perawat PNS.Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukanbahwa AQ berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Saran bagi pihak RSUDAM Provinsi Lampung adalah memperhatikan masalah yang dihadapi perawat, meningkatkan rasa percaya diri perawat serta meningkatkan kontribusi perawat melalui kegiatan yang berorientasi pada pekerjaan dan tugas tertentu yang dilakukan setiap anggota kelompok, agar mencegah terjadinya masalah yang dapat mempengaruhi perusahaan. Kata kunci: Adversity Quotient (AQ), Self-efficacy dan Kinerja. ABSTRACT RSUDAM Lampung Province is a public hospital owned by Lampung Provincial Government which was established since 1914 and in 2008 designated as a type B hospital by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, is also the highest referral hospital in Lampung Province and became a type A hospital in 2019, so that RSUDAM Lampung Province is required to continue to improve the capacity of services and infrastructure to provide optimal health services to the community by improving the performance of nurses. The aims of this research are to find out the influence of adversity quotient (AQ) on nurse performance and to find out the influence of self-efficacy nurse performance. The sample in this research is nursescivil servant RSUDAM Lampung Province with the method of distribution using questionnaires.The technique of distributing questionnaires was done randomly as much as 189 from 360 population of civil servant nurses. The analysis tool that the writer used ismultiple linear regression. The results of this research shows that AQ has positive and significant influence on nurse performance, and the self-efficacy haspositive and significant influenceon nurse performance. Suggestion for RSUDAM Lampung Province is concerned with the problems of the nurses, increase nurse confidence andincrease employee contribution through work-oriented activities and specific tasks performed by each group member, in order to prevent the occurrence of problems that may affect the company.
