Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lembar kerja peserta didik berbasis kontekstual yang memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik. Tahap Pengembangan dan penelitian ini yaitu studi pendahuluan, perencanaan, pengembangan LKPD, validasi LKPD, dan uji lapangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 30 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Desain pada tahap uji lapangan adalah one group pretest-posttest design. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui angket, dan tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Hasil analisis data kevalidan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, diperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 3,3 dan 3,6 sehingga keduanya dikategorikan sangat baik; uji kepraktisan yang dilakukan oleh guru dan peserta didik terhadap LKPD keduanya memberikan respon yang sangat baik; serta uji efektivitas LKPD berbasis kontekstual diperoleh hasil gain sebesar 0,71 yang menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi termasuk dalam kriteria tinggi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD berbasis kontekstual valid, praktis, efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik. ABSTRACT This study aims to produce worksheets contextual-based learners who meet the criteria for a valid, practical and effective way to improve the communication skills of mathematical learners. Development stage and this study is a preliminary study, planning, development LKPD, LKPD validation and field testing. The subject of this research is the students of class VIII B SMP Negeri 30 Bandar Lampung Lesson Year 2017/2018. The design in the field test phase is one group pretest-posttest design. Research data obtained through questionnaire, and test of mathematical communication ability. The results of the validity of the data analysis by subject matter experts and media experts, obtained an average score of 3.3 and 3.6 so that both are considered excellent; the practicality test conducted by teachers and learners towards LKPD both provide excellent response; and the effectiveness of LKPD based on contextual test obtained by the gain of 0.71 indicating that the improvement of communication ability included in the high criterion.
