Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor – faktor penyebab anak putus sekolah jenjang pendidikan dasar di Kecamatan Ambarawa Kabupaten Pringsewu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 70 anak putus sekolah jenjang pendidikan dasar. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 41 anak putus sekolah jenjang pendidikan dasar beserta orang tua anak putus sekolah jenjang pendidikan dasar yang berjumlah 41 jiwa. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive area sampling pada daerah populasi terbanyak yaitu Desa Tanjung Anom dan Desa Jatiagung. Teknik pengukuran data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis persentase. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa: Tingkat pendapatan orang tua anak putus sekolah rendah merupakan faktor penyebab anak putus sekolah jenjang pendidikan dasar. Persepsi orang tua anak putus sekolah rendah merupakan faktor penyebab anak putus sekolah jenjang pendidikan dasar. Minat belajar anak putus sekolah rendah merupakan faktor penyebab anak putus sekolah jenjang pendidikan dasar. Tingkat pendidikan formal orang tua anak putus sekolah rendah merupakan faktor penyebab anak putus sekolah jenjang pendidikan dasar. Jarak tempat tinggal anak putus sekolah dengan sekolah yang jauh merupakan faktor penyebab anak putus sekolah jenjang pendidikan dasar di Kecamatan Ambarawa Kabupaten Pringsewu. Kata kunci : anak putus sekolah, faktor penyebab, pendidikan dasar ANALYSIS OF FACTORS CAUSE OF ELEMENTARY EDUCATION DROPOUT CHILDREN AT AMBARAWA DISTRICT PRINGSEWU REGENCY The purpose of this research was to analyze the factors cause of elementary education dropout children at Ambarawa District Pringsewu Regency. Research method using descriptive method and data collecting through observation, questionnaires and documentation. Research population were 70 dropout childrens. Sample of this research were 41 dropout childrens in elementary education along with the parent of dropout chidrens which amounted 41 peoples. Sampling technique used purposive area sampling in the most populated area, which is Tanjung Anom Village and Jatiagung Village. The data measurement used percentage analysis technique. Result showed: The low income level of the parents of dropout children is the factor cause of children dropout in elementary education. The low perceptions of the parents of dropout children is the factor cause of children dropout in elementary education. The low learning interest of dropout children is the factor cause of children dropout in elementary education. The low level of formal education of the parents of dropout children is the factor cause of children dropout in elementary education. The long distance of dropout childrens resident to school is the factor cause of children dropout in elementary education at Ambarawa District Pringsewu Regency.
