Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Bersertifikasi di Gugus I Kecamatan Baradatu Kabupaten Way Kanan . Fokus Penelitian ini adalah kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar bersertifikasi di Gugus I Kecamatan Baradatu Kabupaten Way Kanan. Sub Fokus Penelitian Berupa Gambaran Kinerja guru SD bersertifikasi di Gugus I Kecamatan Baradatu Kabupaten Way Kanan danUpaya Sekolah dan Pemerintah Daerah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru SD bersertifikasi di Gugus I Kecamatan Baradatu Kabupaten Way Kanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatatif, Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasu lapangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pola interraktif data Miles Hubberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kebijakan sertifikasi guru dapat memotivasi guru Karena ada imbaln berupa pendapatan tambahan berupa tunjangan sertifikasi yang mengindikasikan dengan adanya tunjangan sertifikasi kesejahteraan guru SD akan meningkat. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Guru, sertifikasi, sekolah dasar PERFORMANCING TEACHER CERTIFIED OF BASIC SCHOOL KECAMATAN BARADATU This study aims to describe and analyze the Performance of Certified Primary School Teachers in Cluster I District Baradatu Kabupaten Kanan Way. The focus of this research is the performance of certified elementary school teachers in Cluster I District Baradatu Kabupaten Kabupaten Kanan. Research Sub-Figures in the form of Performance of certified elementary school teachers in Gugus I, Baradatu District, Way Kanan District and School and Local Government Efforts in improving the performance of certified primary school teachers in Gugus I Kecamatan Baradatu Kabupaten Way Kanan. This research uses qualitative approach, Data Collection Technique using interview, observation and field documentation. Data analysis technique using Interestif Miles Hubberman data pattern. The results of this study indicate that the teacher certification policy can motivate teachers. Because there is an imbaln in the form of additional income in the form of certification allowance indicating the existence of welfare certification benefits teachers SD will increase.
