ABSTRAK PERAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH DALAM PEMENUHAN HAK PENDERITA GANGGUAN JIWA DI KABUPATEN PRINGSEWU Oleh (Sri Endarlina, Yunisca Nurmalisa, Hermi Yanzi) Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan peran pemerintah daerah dalam pemenuhan hak penderita gangguan jiwa dikabupaten pringsewu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian pemerintah daerah kabupaten pringsewu khususnya dinas sosial, dinas kesehatan, DPRD komisi IV, Satpol PP dan Pekerja Sosial Yayasan Sinarjati Panti Bina Laras. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi dan pedoman dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji kredibilitas dengan triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah daerah kabupaten pringsewu telah berperan dengan maksimal dengan segala keterbatasan yang ada. Kata kunci : gangguan jiwa, hak, pemerintah daerah ABSTRACT The Role of Local Government in the Fulfillment of the Rights of Mental Disorder in Pringsewu Regency (Sri Endarlina, Yunisca Nurmalisa, Hermi Yanzi) The objective of this research is to describe the role of local governments in the fulfillment of the rights of mental disorder in Pringsewu regency. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative. The subject of this study were the social service and the public health office of Pringsewu regency, Pringsewu regional House of People's Representatives commission IV, the Public Order Enforcers (SATPOL PP) of Pringsewu, and the social worker of Sinarjati foundation Bina Laras parlour. The researcher used interview, observation and documentation to collect the data, while for data analysis the researcher used credibility test with triangulation. The results of this study shows the local government of Pringsewu regency has maximized the role with all the limitations. Keyword: mental disorder, rights, local government
