Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu kurangnya pengelolaan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada anak (sudents centered). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengetahuan guru PAUD tentang pembelajaran Beyond Centers and Circle Time (BCCT) di Kecamatan Labuhan Maringgai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Labuhan Maringgai Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh guru TK di Kecamatan Labuhan Maringgai yang berjumlah 106 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan pertimbangan guru yang berlatar belakang pendidikan SMA/sederajat yang berjumlah 46 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan dokumen. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru berpengetahuan rendah tentang pembelajaran BCCT yang meliputi pengertian BCCT, prinsip BCCT, iii langkah-langkah, prosedur penerapan dan prosedur evaluasi pembelajaran. Adapun dari 5 indikator di atas menunjukkan bahwa skor terendah berada pada indikator 4 yaitu pengetahuan guru tentang prosedur penerapan pembelajaran BCCT. _____ Kata kunci : beyond centers and circle time, paud, pengetahuan guru abstract The problem in this research was lack of management of child-centered learning (sudents centered). This study aims to describe the knowledge of early childhood teachers on Beyond Centers and Circle Time (BCCT) in District Labuhan Maringgai. This research is a descriptive research. This research was conducted in Labuhan Maringgai Sub-district, East Lampung Regency. The population in this study is all kindergarten teachers in Labuhan Maringgai Sub-district, which totals 106 teachers. The sampling technique of this research using purposive sampling technique with the consideration of teachers with a high school education background or equivalent, amounting to 46 teachers. Data collection techniques in this study using tests and documents. Data of this research are analyzed descriptively quantitative. The results show that most of the teachers are low knowledge of BCCT learning which includes the meaning of BCCT, BCCT principles, steps, application procedures and learning evaluation procedures. As for the above 5 indicators indicate that the lowest score is in indicator 4 that is the knowledge of the teacher about the application procedure of learning BCCT. _____ Keywords: beyond centers and circle time, early childhood education, teacher knowledge
