Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mengimpelementasikan kurikulum 2013 di SD Negeri 1 Pelita, dengan fokus penelitian (1) Manajemen Perubahan; (2) Budaya Sekolah; dan (3) Kepemimpinan Pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif . Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan pendidik.. Teknik analisa data yaitu Pengumpulan data; Reduksi data; Penyajian data; Proses penarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian: Manajemen perubahan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dimulai dari perencanaan program pembelajaran, lalu didukung dengan adanya kegiatan pembelajaran, lalu diturunkan pelaksanaan evaluasi hasil belajar siswa dan administrasi kurikulum. Budaya Sekolah yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah meliputi budaya akademik/non akademik kemudian budaya tindakan/perilaku nilai. Kepemimpinan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah melalui pengembangan proses pembelajaran dan pengembangan profesionalisme guru. Sources of research data are principals and teachers in SD Negeri 1 Pelita. Data analysis techniques are data collection; Data reduction; Presentation of data; The process of drawing conclusions. Result of research: Change management conducted by principal start from planning of learning program to implement curriculum 2013, then supported by existence of teaching and learning activities that lead to implementing curriculum 2013, through program of learning activity and then downgrading evaluation result of student learning result and curriculum administration.
