Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih banyak infrastruktur jalan yang mengalami kerusakan dan berlubang. Untuk itu, dengan kondisi jalan di beberapa titik yang ada di Kota Metro menjadi tuntutan bagi aparat Inspektorat Kota Metro untuk melakukan pengawasan yang maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan Inspektorat Daerah terhadap pengawasan Inspektorat Kota Metro dalam pembangunan infrastruktur jalan serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan tersebut. Tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengawasan rutin, khusus dan monitoring yang dilakukan oleh Inspektorat Kota Metro berfungsi secara efektif, akan tetapi Inspektorat Kota Metro tidak memiliki kewenangan yang bersifat pemeriksaan teknis dan jika terdapat penyimpangan-penyimpangan terhadap pelaksanaan pembangunan infrastruktur jalan, Inspektorat Kota Metro tidak dapat memberikan sanksi langsung, yang berwenang menjatuhkan sanksi adalah Walikota Metro. Kata Kunci: Pengawasan, Pembangunan Infrastruktur Jalan. ABSTRACT The problem in this research is that there are still many damaged and perforated roads infrastructure. For that, with the condition of the road at some point in the Metro City became a demand for Inspektorat Metro City to conduct a maximum supervision. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of supervision function of Regional Inspektorat to Inspektorat Inspection of Metro City in Road Infrastructure Development and to analyze factors which is influencing the implementation of supervisory function. Type of descriptive research with qualitative approach. The result of the research shows that supervision routine, supervision with special case and monitoring that performed by Inspektorat Metro City function effectively, but Inspectorate Metro City does not have technical examination authority and if there are deviations to the implementation of road infrastructure development, inspektorat Metro City can not give direct punishment, the one who have the anothing to give punishment is the Mayor of Metro City.
