Abstrak

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang proses pembelajaran tari bedana kreasi dengan menggunakan tahapan koreografi dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMK Muhammadiyah Kotaagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori konstruktivistik. Jenis penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kualitatif yang mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran tari. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes praktik. Analisis data dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Proses pembelajaran tari bedana kreasi dilakukan dengan 4 tahap koreografi: pengenalan, eksplorasi, improvisasi, dan pembentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran belum berjalan maksimal, karena dari komponen pembelajaran tidak dilakukan perencanaan pembelajaran secara terstruktur sesuai dengan ketentuan atau standar proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Hasil pembelajaran tari bedana kreasi dengan menggunakan tahapan koreografi tergolong dalam kategori baik. Kata kunci: koreografi, proses, tari bedana kreasi. ABSTRACT This research investigated the learning process of bedana dance creation by using a choreography stages in extracurricular activities at SMK Muhammadiyah Kotaagung. The research used the theory of constructivist. This research was qualitative research that described the dance learning process. The data collecting used in this research were observation, interview, documentation, and practice test. The data were analyzed by committing data reduction, data representation and drawing conclusion. The learning process of bedana dance creation was committed in 4 stages of choreography that were introduction, exploration, improvisation and formation.The result of this research showed that the implementation of the learning process had not administered optimally since one of the components of learning implementation that was learning planning was not committed structurally in accordance with the provisions or the standard of the process of learning implementation. The result of the bedana dance creation learning was pertained good category. Keywords: choreography, process, bedana dance creation.
