Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Perkembangan teknologi mampu melahirkan inovasi-inovasi teranyar khususnya pada bidang transportasi lahirnya ojek online yang kini ramai digandrungi oleh masyarakat kita ternyata menimbulkan masalah tersendiri dengan tranportasi umum lainnya seperti ojek konvensional (pangkalan). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menjadi penyebab konflik antara ojek online dan ojek konvensional di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 99 sampel, dimana 91 adalah pengemudi ojek online dan 8 sampel pengemudi ojek konvensional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data nya berupa kuisoner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan cara analisis tabel tunggal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor penyebab konflik antara ojek online dan ojek konvensional adalah, keterbatasan sumber, perubahan dan perkembangan zaman, serta pelanggaran hukum. Kata Kunci: Ojek Online, Ojek Konvensional, Konflik, Keterbatan sumber, Perubahan dan perkembangan zaman, Pelanggaran Hukum. CAUSATIVE FACTORS OF CONFLICT BETWEEN ONLINE AND CONVENTIONAL TAXI (A case study online and conventional taxi in the city of Bandar Lampung) The development of technology capable of giving birth to the latest innovations in particular in the field of transport, the birth of the now-crowded online taxi loved by our community turned out to cause problems of its own with public transportation like other conventional taxi (base). The purpose of this research is to find out what factors being the cause of conflict between online and conventional taxi in the city of Bandar Lampung. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods, the sample of this research as much as 99 samples, where is the taxi driver's 91 online and 8 conventional taxi driver sample. Sampling techniques using simple random sampling techniques. Data retrieval techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation, while data analysis is performed by means of the analysis of the single table.
