Abstrak

PT Persona Prima Utama Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT Persona Prima Utama Perwakilan Lampung dan untuk mengetahui peran keadilan organisasional sebagai pemoderasi pengaruh reward terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT Persona Prima Utama Perwakilan Lampung. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diadopsi dari jurnal internasional dengan skala likert dan alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas serta keadilan organisasional memperkuat pengaruh reward terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT Persona Prima Utama Perwakilan Lampung. Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu PT Persona Prima Utama sebaiknya menaikkan level upah yang diterima karyawan agar sebanding dengan tanggung jawab dari pekerjaan yang mereka lakukan, menyesuaikan kembali reward yang diterima karyawan yang diterima karyawan agar karyawan merasakan reward yang mereka terima sebanding dengan loyalitas yang mereka berikan untuk perusahaan, PT Persona Prima Utama juga sebaiknya menanamkan nilai positif serta kesan baik perusahaan yang akan meningkatkan rasa bangga karyawan terhadap perusahaan, dan lebih menghargai masukan yang diberikan karyawan terhadap perusahaan atas suatu keputusan yang dibuat manajemen serta menjelaskan kembali setiap keputusan yang dibuat dan memberikan informasi tambahan yang dibutuhkan oleh karyawan. PT Persona Prima Utama juga sebaiknya mempertahankan interaksi yang baik yang sudah terjalin dengan karyawannya. Kata kunci : Reward, Loyalitas dan Keadilan Organisasional ABSTRACT PT Persona Prima Utama is an outsourcing company that stands as a branch office in Lampung province. PT PPU Provide manpower services ranging from security guard, cleaning service, operator, sales, driver, charging ATM and so forth. Most of the employees of PT PPU are high school graduates, but in finding qualified high school graduates it is so difficult that PT PPU performs various ways to increase employee loyalty to stay in the company, one of them by giving rewards. Reward plays an important role in shaping employee loyalty to the company so that employees will survive for a long time in the company. Giving rewards basically has a positive purpose as long as it is done well, but when the reward is done unfairly it is feared to have a negative impact on employee loyalty. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of reward on employee loyalty of PT Persona Prima Utama Lampung Representative and to know the role of organizational justice as moderating the influence of reward on employee loyalty PT Persona Prima Utama Lampung Representative. Data collection methods using questionnaires adopted from international journals with Likert scale and analysis tools used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis and moderation regression analysis. The results showed that the reward variable has a positive and significant effect on loyalty and organizational justice strengthens the influence of reward on employee loyalty of PT Persona Prima Utama Lampung Representative. Suggestions from this research that PT Persona Prima Utama should raise the level of wages received by employees to be proportional to the responsibilities of the work they do, re-adjust the rewards received by employees who received employees so that employees feel the reward they receive is proportional to the loyalty they provide for the company, PT Persona Prima Utama, should also instill a positive value as well as a good impression of the company that will enhance employees' sense of pride in the company, and more appreciate the employee's input to the company on a management decision and re-explain every decision made and provide additional information that employees need. PT Persona Prima Utama also should maintain good interaction that has been established with its employees. Keywords: Reward, Loyalty and Organizational Justice
