Kata kunci: Capital Buffer, GWMLDR, Hodrick Prescott Filter, Integrasi Kebijakan, LTV, Panel Data, Prosiklikalitas, Risiko Sistemik. abstract The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of monetary and macroprudential policy integration in mitigating systemic risk which represent by credit growth in Indonesia. This research used the Hodric Prescott Filter approach to indentify the excessive credit and used panel data models from 2008 – 2016 with 19 sample banks in category D-SIBs (Domestic Sistematically Important Banks) BUKU IV and BUKU III, to know the influence of each variable on the credit growth. The result of the research indicated that at Hodric Prescott Filter approach there are some periods which had excessive credit, especially during monetary crisis period 2008/2009 because it is crossing the upper and lower limit of IMF stdev 1,75 and BI stdev 1. The result of regression analysis panel data shows that independent variabel Interest Rate (IR), Capital Buffer (CB), GWMLDR, NPL have a significant negative effect to credit growth (CreditG). Then macroeconomic variables (GGDP) and Loan to Value (LTV) have a significant positive effect on credit growth, this is consistent with the procyclicality theory in Indonesia.. Keywords: Capital Buffer, GWMLDR, Hodrick Prescott Filter, Policy Integration, LTV, Panel Data, Procyclicality, Systemic Risk
