Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Latar Belakang: Lingkungan belajar pendidikan kedokteran merupakan konteks fisik, non-fisik/sosial di mana mahasiswa belajar. Pendekatan belajar terdiri dari pendekatan belajar dalam dan pendekatan belajar permukaan. Lingkungan belajar menciptakan suasana belajar yang mempengaruhi perilaku dan upaya mahasiswa yang terlihat dari cara mereka memilih suatu pendekatan belajar tertentu (surface approach atau deep approach) yang akan mempengaruhi hasil belajar. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan belajar dengan pendekatan belajar mahasiswa tahun pertama Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lampung. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi potong lintang dengan jumlah sampel 214 mahasiswa kedokteran tahun pertama. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian kuesioner Dundee Ready Educational Environment Measure (DREEM) dan Revised Two-Factor Study Process Questionnaire (R-SPQ-2F). Data dianalsis menggunakan uji Fisher. Hasil: Terdapat 87(40,7%) mahasiswa memiliki persepsi sangat baik terhadap lingkungan belajar dan 127(59,3%) memiliki persepsi baik. Terdapat 202(94,4%) mahasiswa yang menggunakan pendekatan belajar mendalam dan 12(5,6%) pendekatan belajar permukaan. Mahasiswa yang memiliki persepsi sangat baik terhadap lingkungan belajar dengan pendekatan belajar mendalam sebanyak 84(96,6%) dan yang menggunakan pendekatan permukaan sebanyak 3(3,4%). Mahasiswa yang memiliki persepsi baik terhadap lingkungan belajar dengan pendekatan belajar mendalam sebanyak 118(92,9%) dan yang menggunakan pendekatan permukaan sebanyak 9(7,1%). Untuk melihat hubungan analisis dengan uji Fisher dan didapatkan nilai p 0,368 (>0,05). Simpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara persepsi lingkungan belajar terhadap pendekatan belajar mahasiswa tahun pertama di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lampung Kata kunci: pembelajaran kedokteran, lingkungan belajar, pendekatan belajar abstract Background: The learning environment in medical education cast of physical, non-physical/social context in which students study. Objective: The study aim to find the relationship between the perception of learning environment and learning approach among first year student at the Medical Faculty Lampung University. Method: This is a cross sectional study with sample of 214 first year medical students. Data were collected using Dundee Ready Educational Environment Measure (DREEM) and Revised Two-Factor Study Process Questionnaire (RSPQ- 2F). Data were analyzed using Fisher exact test. Result: There are 87 (40,7%) students who have excellent perception to learning environment and 127 (59,3%) have good perception. There were 202 (94.4%) students using deep approach and 12 (5.6%) using surface approach. Students who have excellent perceptions of the learning environment with deep approach is 84 (96.6%) and using a surface approach is 3 (3.4%). Students who have a good perception of the learning environment with deep approach is 118(92.9%) and using the surface approach is 9(7.1%). The data was statistically tested using Fisher exact test and result of p value is 0,368 (>0,05). Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between the perception of learning environment and learning approach among first year student at the Medical Faculty Lampung University.
