Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Uji kecocokan dalam model persamaan struktural merupakan tahap untuk melihat sejauhmana model yang digunakan sesuai dengan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan ukuran sampel dengan model terbaik menggunakan metode Unweighted Least Square (ULS) dan menentukan pengaruh antarvariabel. Data yang digunakan adalah data hasil survei kuisioner tentang loyalitas pasien di RSIA Santa Anna. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa ukuran sampel dengan model terbaik dengan metode ULS adalah 100 dan 150. Kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi loyalitas pasien secara tidak langsung melalui variabel perantara kepuasan pasien di RSIA Santa Anna dengan pengaruh total sebesar 0,6447. Kata kunci: Uji Kecocokan Model, ULS, Model Persamaan Struktural. abstract Goodness of fit test in structural equation modeling is a measurement to evaluate how far the model used in accordance with the data. This study aims to determine the sample size with the best model using the Unweighted Least Square (ULS) method and determine the influence between the variables. Survey of patient loyalty at RSIA Santa Anna is used in the research. The result showed that sample sizes 100 and 150 give the best model. The quality of service indirectly affect the loyalty of patients through variable intermediary satisfaction patients at RSIA Santa Anna with a total effect of 0.6447. Key words: Goodness of Fit Test , ULS, Structural Equation Modeling.
