Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas bahan ajar IPS untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D), dengan langkah pengembangan Borg and Gall.Hasil penilaian ahli materi, bahan ajar, bahasa dan siswa pengguna, dapat dikatakan bahwa bahan ajar IPShasil pengembangan sangat baik dan sangat sesuai. Ditinjau berdasarkan penyajian, tampilan, keterbacaan, dan kebermanfaatan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dinilai sangat baik. Sehingga produk bahan ajar IPShasil pengembangan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 22 Bandar Lampung. Bahan ajar IPSefektif digunakan pada pembelajaran mata pelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 22 Bandar Lampung. Efektivitas bahan ajar IPSdiketahui berdasarkan peningkatan keterampilansosial. Hal ini dapat dilihat rata-rata keterampilansosial siswa yang menggunakan bahan ajar IPSdibandingkan dengan siswa yang tidak menggunakan bahan ajar IPS. Kata kunci: Pengembangan, Keterampilan Sosial, Bahan Ajar IPS, ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of of IPS teaching materials to improve students' social skills. The research method used is Research and Development (R & D), with Borg and Gall development step. The results of the assessment of material experts, teaching materials, language and students of users, it can be said that the IPS material development results are very good and very appropriate. Viewed based on presentation, appearance, readability, and usefulness to improve student competence is considered very good. So that IPS teaching materials product development result is feasible to be used in IPS learning in SMP Negeri 22 Bandar Lampung. IPS teaching materials are effectively used in learning subjects IPS in SMP Negeri 22 Bandar Lampung. The effectiveness of IPS teaching materials is known based on the improvement of social skills. It can be seen that the average social skills of students using IPS teaching materials compared with students who do not use IPS teaching materials.
