Abstrak

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap Return on Equity pada perusahaan manufaktur subsektor tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di BEI pada periode 2010-2016. Corporate Social Responsibility diukur menggunakan Content Analyze berdasarkan Instrument Global Reporting Initiative versi G-3. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 17 perusahaan tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di BEI pada periode 2010-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling diperoleh 14 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dan uji model data panel. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan uji model data panel. Hasil pengujian pertama menyatakan bahwa variabel Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh terhadap Return on Equity pada perusahaan tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di BEI pada periode 2010-2016. Kata kunci: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Return on Equity (ROE). ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Return on Equity in textile and garment sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2016. Corporate Social Responsibility was measured using Content Analyze based on the G-3 Instrument Global Reporting Initiative. The population in this study were 17 textile and garment companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2016. This study uses purposive sampling method obtained 14 companies that meet the criteria and test the panel data model. Data analysis using descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test and panel data model test. The first test results stated that the Corporate Social Responsibility variable affected the Return on Equity in textile and garment companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2016.
