Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti secara empiris mengenai pengaruh high profile industry, tingkat profitabilitas, tingkat leverage, tingkat likuiditas, dan struktur kepemilikan publik terhadap pengungkapan sukarela perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, populasinya yaitu perusahaan non keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 20112016. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling yang menghasilkan total perusahaan sampel sebanyak 137 perusahaan. Metode penelitian telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana hasilnya dapat diperoleh dengan menghitung data sekunder yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Teknik analisis data telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel. Uji signifikansi dilakukan dengan uji F untuk menguji kesesuaian seluruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen dengan tingkat signifikansi 5 %. Penelitian ini membuktikan secara parsial bahwa jenis industri yang tergolong high profile industry dan kepemilikan publik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengungkapan sukarela perusahaan. Profitabilitas, leverage dan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan sukarela perusahaan. Kata kunci : pengungkapan sukarela, high profile industry, tingkat profitabilitas, tingkat leverage, tingkat likuiditas, dan kepemilikan publik abstract This study aims to give empirical evidence about the influence of high profile industry, the level of profitability, the level of leverage, the level of liquidity, and the structure of public ownership of the company's voluntary disclosure. This study uses secondary data, the population is non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2016. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling method which resulted in the total company sample as many as 137 companies. The research method has been done by using the quantitative method which the result can be obtained by calculating secondary data related to the research. Data analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis test is done by using the t-test to test the influence of each variable. The significance test is done by F test to test the suitability of all independent variables on the dependent variable with the 5% significance level. This study proves partially that the type of industry classified as high profile industry and public ownership has a positive and significant impact on the company's voluntary disclosure. Profitability, leverage, and liquidity have no effect on the company's voluntary disclosure.
