Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui total sel darah merah dan nilai PCV broiler yang diberikan suplementasi berbagai jenis probiotik. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Januari--Februari 2018 di Pesawaran Farm, Pesawaran. Pemeriksaan sel darah merah dan nilai PCV broiler dilakukan di Balai Veteriner Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah P0 (tanpa suplementasi probiotik), P1 (suplementasi probiotik A), P2 (suplementasi probiotik B), dan P3 (suplementasi probiotik C). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi probiotik yang berbeda berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap sel darah merah dan nilai PCV broiler. Pemeriksaan sel darah merah dan nilai PCV broiler menunjukan perlakuan P1 (suplementasi probiotik A) memiliki rata rata sel darah merah dan nilai PCV broiler tertinggi dibandingan dengan P0( tanpa suplementasi probiotik), P2 (suplementasi probiotik B), dan P3 (suplementasi probiotik C). Kata kunci: Broiler, Packed cell volume, Probiotik, Sel darah merah abstract This research intended to determine the level of broiler red blood cell (RBC) and Packed Cell Volume (PCV) which is supplemented with various types of probiotics in drinking water. This research was conducted in January--February 2018 at Pesawaran Farm. The RBC and PCV analysis was done in Balai Veteriner Lampung. The research used Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment is used P0 (without probiotics supplementation), P1 (supplemented with probiotic A), P2 (supplemented with probiotic B), and P3 (supplemented with probiotic C). The results showed that probiotics supplementation was significant (P>0,05) on broiler RBC and PCV. The broiler RBC and PCV analysis show the P1 treatment (supplemented with probiotic A) have higher on RBC and PCV value compared P0 (without probiotics supplementation), P2 (supplemented with probiotic B), and P3 (supplemented with probiotic C).
