Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk terwujudnya pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis Problem Based Learning mengetahui kepraktisan dan keefektifan bahan ajar PBL untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa kelas IV SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan langkah - langkah penelitian menurut Borg and Gall. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD dalam satu gugus Kecamatan Kalianda dan sampel peneliti dilakukan secara purposive sebanyak 28 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan yaitu angket analisis kebutuhan, observasi, dokumentasi, , lembar validasi ahli, dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan layak digunakan, praktis dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi dan hasil belajar peserta didik yang telah dianalisis menggunakan N-Gain. Kata Kunci: Bahan ajar, model PBL, berpikir tingkat tinggi abstract This development research aims at the realization of the development of teaching materials based on Problem Based Learning to know the practicality and effectiveness of PBL teaching materials to improve high thinking skills of fourth grade students of elementary school. The research method used is research development (Development and Development) by using research steps according to Borg and Gall. The population in this research is the fourth grader of elementary school in one cluster of Kalianda District and the sample of the research is 28 fourth graders of elementary school. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by the documentation, observation, expert validation sheet, questionnaire needs analysis, and tests. The results showed that the teaching materials developed can improve the ability of high-level thinking and learning outcomes of learners who have been analyzed using N-Gain.
