Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Partai Golkar telah melakukan rekrutmen terhadap calon yang akan maju pada pemilihan Calon Legislatif (Pilcaleg) tahun 2019. Partai Golkar tidak ingin proses rekrutmen menghasilkan kader tidak berintegritas, dikarenakan kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir penyumbang kasus korupsi terbesar berasal dari anggota DPR. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan nilai integritas dalam rekrutmen politik calon anggota DPRD Kota Bandar Lampung dari Partai Golkar. Tipe penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melibatkan kader Partai Golkar, akademisi, jurnalis serta calon legislatif dari Partai Golkar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Partai Golkar tidak menerapkan nilai integritas yang pertama, nilai memegang teguh prinsip karena Partai Golkar tidak terbuka dalam proses rekrutmen. Kedua, berperilaku terhormat calon yang telah terkena kasus hukum telah melanggar tindak tidak tercela namun tidak adanya keselarasan internal partai dalam hal tersebut. Ketiga, jujur, Golkar memiliki tim khusus untuk menjaring dan mencari kebenaran laporan-laporan yang telah dikumpulkan para caleg sehingga para caleg akan terjaring ketat. Keempat, memiliki keberanian dalam mahar politik, Golkar menegaskan bahwa tidak adanya mahar politik. Partai Golkar selalu menjunjung tinggi Juklak 10. Kelima, tindakan berdasarkan ilmu dalam Partai Golkar menerapkan sikap pragmatis karena partai butuh suara yang banyak. Keenam, tidak bertindak dengan hawa nafsu, Partai Golkar melakukan beberapa tindakan seperti melakukan pembinaan terhadap kadernya, melakukan pemantauan sikap kader di masyarakat. Proses rekrutmen politik pada Partai Golkar tidak menerapkan nilai integritas. Partai Golkar masih bersifat pragmatis dalam proses rekrutmennya yang dapat menimbulkan kekecewaan pada kader internal partai serta lahirnya kutu loncat dalam Partai Golkar. The Golkar Party does not want the recruitment process to produce cadres with no integrity, because the past 10 years contributed to corruption cases from DPR members. The purpose of this study was to inform how the authority in political recruitment of candidates for members of the Bandar Lampung City DPRD from the Golkar Party. This type of research is descriptive with the approach of Golkar Party cadres, academics, journalists and legislative candidates from the Golkar Party. The result of this study is that the Golkar Party does not implement the first integrity values, the values of the principle are firm because the Golkar Party is not open in the recruitment process. Second, behaving in other words responsible for cases is not covered and there are no internal consequences of the party in that matter. Third, honestly, Golkar has a special team to capture and find the truth of the reports collected by the legislative candidates and the candidates will be tightly netted. Fourth, having the courage in political dowry, Golkar determined that there was no political dowry. The Golkar Party always upholds the Juklak 10. Fifth, the actions in the Golkar Party apply a pragmatic attitude because the party needs a lot of votes. Sixth, not acting with lust, the Golkar Party carried out a number of actions such as conducting guidance to its cadres, carrying out cadre duties in the community. The process of political recruitment for the Golkar Party is not carried out with integrity values. The Golkar Party is still pragmatic in its recruitment process which can lead to disappointment in the party's internal cadres and the birth of fleas in the Golkar Party.
