ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN ANTARA LUAS PENGUASAAN TANAH DAN NILAI ANAK DENGAN ASPIRASI PENDIDIKAN ANAK (Studi Desa Cempaka Kecamatan Batanghari Nuban Kabupaten Lampung Timur) Oleh Ajiba Ilmi Septriana Artikel ini berfokus pada bagaimana hubungan antara luas penguasaan tanah dengan aspirasi pendidikan anak dan mencari hubungan antara nilai anak dengan aspirasi pendidikan anak. Artikel ini memberikan gambaran hubungan antara luas penguasaan dan nilai anak dengan aspirasi pendidikan anak. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian, aspirasi orangtua terhadap pendidikan anak adalah orangtua mempunyai keinginan atau harapan yang tinggi terhadap pendidikan anak-anaknya, dengan harapan orangtua setelah anak selesai menempuh pendidikan adalah anak dapat melanjutkan sekolah yang lebih tinggi dan mendapatkan pekerjaan yang baik atau layak, dan dapat membantu orangtuanya. Faktor pendukung aspirasi orangtua terhadap pendidikan anak adalah adanya informasi tentang pendidikan di berbagai media, motivasi atau dorongan keluarga yang tinggi untuk menyekolahkan anak, adanya minat pribadi anak yang tinggi untuk belajar maupun sekolah, dan adanya kedekatan yang baik antara orangtua dengan anak sehingga hubungan orangtua dan anak baik, dan yang menjadi faktor penghambat aspirasi orangtua terhadap pendidikan anaknya adalah kurangnya minat atau kemauan anak untuk sekolah dan anak sering malas untuk belajar, terbatasnya ekonomi dengan penghasilan yang paspasan sehingga orangtua tidak bisa menyekolahkan anak sampai jenjang lebih tinggi. Kata Kunci : Aspirasi, Pendidikan, Penguasaan, Nilai ABSTRACT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE EXTENT OF LAND TENURE AND THE VALUE OF CHILDREN WITH ASPIRATIONS OF CHILDREN’S EDUCATION (Study on Cempaka Village, Batanghari Nuban Sub-district Lampung Timur District) By Ajiba Ilmi Septriana This article focuses on how the relationship between the vast land ownership with the aspirations of children education and looking for the relationship between the value of the child with the child's education aspirations. This article gives an overview of the relationship between broad mastery and the value of the child with the child's education aspirations. Based on the results of the research, the aspirations of parents towards the child's education is parents have the desire or the high expectations towards the education of his children, with the hope of the parents after the child attended is finished the child can continue higher school and get a good job or worthy, and can help parents. Factors supporting the aspirations of parents towards the child's education is the existence of information about education in a variety of media, motivation or encouragement of families to send children, presence of high personal interest for learning or school , and the existence of good closeness between parents with children so that both parent and child relationships, and that became a factor restricting the aspirations of parents towards the education of his son is the lack of interest or whims of children to schools and children often get lazy for the study, the limited economy with mediocre income so parents couldn't send children to a higher level.
