Abstract
Standardization of topographical names is the process determining the name of a part of the earth’s surface that can be recognized identity as natural elements by default are set by regulatory authorities both nasionally and internationally. The standardization in fact there are some areas that haven’t standardized resulting inequality in the administration. The purpose of this study was to describe the orderly administration of standardization of topographical names in Bandar Lampung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with taking informants consisting of the dictricts/villages part of government official subsection village government. The result showed: That the activities aren’t carried out planning, Organizing in a complex division of labor, Mobilization or unbalanced motivation, Supervision isn’t always done in the activity, as well as the assessment of the work is rarely given. Keywords: Orderly administration, Standardization of topographical names. Pembakuan Nama Rupabumi adalah proses penetapan nama suatu bagian dari permukaan bumi yang dapat dikenal identitasnya sebagai unsur alam dan unsur buatan manusia secara baku ditetapkan oleh lembaga yang berwenang baik lingkup nasional maupun internasional. Pembakuan ini pada kenyataannya masih ada sebagian wilayah yang belum dibakukan maupun sudah dibakukan sehingga terjadi ketidakmerataan secara administrasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tertib administrasi Pembakuan Nama Rupabumi di Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengambil informan yang terdiri dari pihak kecamatan/kelurahan dan aparatur Bagian Pemerintahan subbagian Pemerintah Kelurahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkkan: Perencanaan kegiatan yang tidak dilakukan, Pengorganisasian dalam pembagian tugas yang rumit, Penggerakan atau motivasi yang tidak seimbang, Pengawasan yang tidak selalu dilakukan dalam kegiatan, serta Penilaian yang jarang diberikan terhadap hasil pekerjaaan. Kata kunci: Tertib administrasi, Pembakuan nama rupabumi.
