Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the influence between: 1) principal leadership with teachers performance, 2) quality assurance with teachers performance also 3) principal leadership and quality assurance simultaneously with teachers performance on public elementary schools in South Teluk Betung district Bandar Lampung. The kind of this research is quantitative by using method of ex post facto. The samples use Slovin formula as much 101 from 136 teachers who teach on public elementary schools in South Teluk Betung district Bandar Lampung. Data are obtained from questionnaire and documentation, then analyzed by used correlational technique and regression both simple and double. Hypothesis test is done by Product Moment correlation and double correlation, which have been done before with normality and homogeneity test. The results of this research are: 1) there is positive influence between principal leadership with teachers performance, it means that getting better teachers perception about principal leadership, the teachers performance will be better too, 2) there is positive influence between quality assurance with teachers performance, it means that getting better teachers perception about quality assurance, the teachers performance will be better too 3) there is positive influence between principal leadership and quality assurance with teachers performance, it means that getting better teachers perception about principal leadership and quality assurance, the teachers performance will be better too. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh: 1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, 2) penjaminan mutu terhadap kinerja guru serta 3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan penjaminan mutu secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Teluk Betung Selatan Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode ex post facto. Sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 101 dari 136 guru yang mengajar di SD Negeri di Kecamatan Teluk Betung Selatan Bandar Lampung. Data diperoleh melalui angket dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik korelasional dan regresi baik secara sederhana maupun ganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan korelasi Product Moment dan korelasi ganda, yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik persepsi guru mengenai kepemimpinan kepala sekolah maka semakin baik pula kinerjanya, 2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara penjaminan mutu terhadap kinerja guru, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik persepsi guru mengenai penjaminan mutu maka semakin baik pula kinerjanya, 3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan penjaminan mutu terhadap kinerja guru, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik persepsi guru mengenai kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan penjaminan mutu maka semakin baik pula kinerjanya.
