The existence of street children, bummer and beggars in the city of Bandar Lampung is a phenomenon that is cause for concern. The problem of street children, bummer, and beggars became a public issue because it involves the public convenience. This problem requires an active role of government. The interaction between multi-stakeholders is necessary, in this case the government in collaboration with the private sector, Yayasan Sinar Jati Lampung, and non- governmental organizations, APIK. The purpose of this research was to analyze (1) Knowing and analyzing multi-stakeholder involvement in handling the problem of street children, bummer, and beggars in Bandar Lampung. (2) analyzing the principle of what is used in the treatment of street children, bummer, and beggars. Type of this research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. While the technique of data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. The results show that: (1) the interaction of the three actors involved in the governance of street children, bummer and beggars: (a) the interaction of the demolition permormed by Dinas Sosial and Satpol PP, interaction is good. (b) interaction in development stage includes three interaction. Two associative interaction is cooperation between Dinas Sosial and APIK, then Dinas Sosial and Yayasan Sinar Jati Lampung, already well underway. While the third interaction is the interaction dissociative, ie opposition by NGOs pepper to Social Service, giving rise to conflicts led between them. (2) Application of the Principles of Good Governance in Handling Street Children, Bummer and Beggars. Principles of good governance that are used there are three: law enforcement, Responsiveness, and Accountability. Researchers recommend several things that: (1) Dinas Sosial should persuade APIK and Yayasan Sinar Jati to controll street vhildre, bummer, and beggars. (2)The private sector and NGOs should work together and interact with each other. (3) the government should create a discussion forum. (4) There needs to be training for the improvement of human resources. Keywords: The Involvement of multi-stakeholder, street children, bummer and beggars Keberadaan anak jalanan, gelandangan dan pengemis di Kota Bandar Lampung merupakan fenomena yang memprihatinkan. Permasalahan anak jalanan, gelandangan dan pengemis menjadi permasalahan publik karena menyangkut kenyamanan masyarakat. Permasalahan ini menuntut peran aktif pemerintah. Interaksi antar multistakeholder sangat diperlukan, dalam hal ini pemerintah berkerjasama dengan sektor swasta, yayasan sinar jati lampung, dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat, APIK. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis (1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis keterlibatan multistakeholder dalam penanganan masalah anak jalanan dan gepeng di Bandar Lampung. (2) Menganalisis prinsip apa saja yang digunakan dalam penanganan anak jalanan, gelandangan dan pengemis. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini, yaitu: (1) interaksi ketiga Aktor governance yang terlibat dalam penanganan anjal dan gepeng: (a) interaksi pada tahap penertiban, terdiri dari dua lembaga pemerintahan yaitu Dinas Sosial dan Satpol PP. Interaksi sudah berjalan cukup baik. (b) interaksi pada tahap pembinaan meliputi tiga interaksi. Dua interaksi asosiatif yaitu hubungan kerja sama antara Dinas Sosial dan APIK, serta Dinas Sosial dan Yayasan Sinar Jati, sudah berjalan dengan baik. Sedangkan Interaksi yang ketiga yaitu interaksi disosiatif, yaitu pertentangan yang dilakukan LSM LAdA kepada Dinas Sosial, sehingga memunculkan konfik diantara keduanya.(2) Penerapan Prinsip Good Governance dalam Penanganan Anak Jalanan, Gelandangan dan Pengemis. Prinsip good governance yang digunakan ada tiga yaitu: Penegakan hukum, Responsif, dan Akuntabilitas.Peneliti merekomendasikan beberapa hal, yaitu: (1) Seharusnya Dinas Sosial dan Satpol PP turut melibatkan APIK dan yayasan Sinar Jati Lampung dalam penertiban, (2) Sektor swasta dan LSM seharusnya saling terlibat dan saling berinteraksi. (3) pemerintah seharusnya membuat forum diskusi (4) Perlu dilakukan pelatihan guna peningkatan kualitas SDM. Kata kunci: keterlibatan multistakeholder, anak jalanan, gelandangan dan pengemis
