Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Otonomi daerah yang di gelar januari 2001 melalui Undang - Undang No. 22 tahun 1999 , memberi peluang kepada pemerintah dearah untuk mengelola potensi sumber daya di daerah masing-masing , dengan tujuanuntuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat , sebagai daerah otonom baru pemerintah daera h Kabupaten Pesisir Barat , melihat bahwa pariwisata merupakan sumber daya unggulan daerah, oleh karena itu pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat menetapkan perce patan pembangunan pembangunan di pa riwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan, (1) u ntuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis program - program percepatan pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah kabupaten Pesisir Barat. (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan program - program percepatan pembangunan di kabupaten Pesisir Barat telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat kabupaten Pesisir Barat. (3) Untuk mendeskrip sikan hamb atan - hambatan apa saja yang dihadapi dalam pembangunan Daerah Otonomi Baru (DOB). Metode yang digunakan adalah tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini dengan wawancara mendalam dan d okumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini berfokus percepatan pembangunan Kabupaten Pesisir Barat difokus pada bidang pariwisata hal ini dikarenakan , potensi wisata Kabupaten Pesisir Barat cukup baik sehingga dapat memberikan manfaat bagi daerah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Kata Kunci: Otonomi Daerah, Percepatan Pembangunan Daerah Otonomi Baru Autonomous regions are held in January 2001 through government regulation no. 22 1999 , provides an opportunity for local governments to manage the resource potential in each area , with the aim to improve the welfare of the society . T his research was intended to (1 ) To describe and analyze the accelerated development programs undertaken by the government district of the West Coast. ( 2 ) To describe the accelerated development programs in the West Coast District in accordance with the needs of local communities of the West Coast ( 3 ) describe any obstacles encountered in the development of new autonomous regions ( DOB ) This Method used is d escriptive type with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study with in - depth interviews and the results of this study focuses dokumentasi.Berdasarkan accelerated development of the western coastal District in focus on the touris m sector this is because, the tourism potential of the western Coast District reasonably well so as to provide benefits to the local district of the western coastal District .
